In light of the concerns about the spread of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus),
no in-person filings will be accepted at the Panel's office until further notice.

Additionally, Rule 3.2(d) (requiring counsel to serve the Clerk of the Panel with
courtesy copies of specified pleadings) and Rule 3.3(c)(i) (limiting pleadings
filed via facsimile to ten pages) are suspended until further order of the Panel.
