The office of the United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will be closed on Thursday, December 26, 2013.  See Order dated December 2, 2013.  The office will close at noon on December 24, 2013, and at noon on December 31, 2013. The Panel's CM/ECF is not affected by this closing and filing will be available.
